HIGH COURT TO SET NEW PRECEDENT: DEPOSITARY BANKS SHOULD FACE LIABILITY

A new precedent has been set up by High Court on December 2015: depositary banks should face liability under the provisions of 57/68 Act, no matter if the account wasn't called special or bank guarantees weren't given.

So every purchaser is entitled to get deposits refunded from the depositary bank, even if individual or generic bank guarantees weren't in place. That's why we would like to encourage everyone to fight for their money. Now is the time to do it.

We are traveling again to UK and Ireland very shortly to meet brand new customers. Please do not hesitate to contact us to get meeting details and arrange a meeting with Guadalupe Sánchez.
